Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using a BeeiTech app, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Publisher

The apps are published by BeeiTech, LLC (“BeeiTech,” “we,” “us”). Contact: support@beeitech.com.

2. Eligibility

• You must be able to form a binding contract.
• If you are under 13, you may not use the apps.
• If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. The apps

• JobQuote helps contractors create estimates, quotes, invoices, track payments, store job photos, and related field workflows. It is a productivity tool — not a licensed attorney, accountant, or insurance product. Contract templates are starters labeled as not legal advice.
• AI Malayalam Calendar (“AI കലണ്ടർ”) shows a Malayalam calendar with panchangam details, Rahu Kalam and other timings, festivals, prayer times, reminders and family star dates. Dates and times are calculated by the app for your selected location and may differ by a day or a few minutes from printed calendars or announcements by temples, mosques, churches, moon-sighting committees or governments — please confirm important religious or official dates with your local authority. Horoscope, muhurtham and porutham content is for spiritual and entertainment purposes only and is not professional, medical, financial or legal advice. Holiday listings are informational and do not guarantee that a bank, office or school is closed.
• SchollFind and other BeeiTech listings are covered by these Terms unless a separate link is shown for that app.

4. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use each app on Apple devices you own or control, for lawful use, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms.

You may not reverse engineer the apps (except where prohibited by law), rent or resell them as a service, scrape or abuse our services, or use them to violate law or third-party terms.

5. Your content

You retain rights to content you enter (customers, quotes, photos, and so on). You are responsible for having the rights to use that content and for complying with privacy and employment laws that apply to your business.

For JobQuote, company profile information you enter is your contractor identity on customer-facing documents — separate from BeeiTech as the App Store publisher.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features (for example JobQuote Pro) are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple. Pricing is shown in the app and App Store. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

AI Malayalam Calendar offers two optional auto-renewable yearly subscriptions: Ad-free (removes ads) and Premium (removes ads and adds premium features described in the app). Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iPhone, iPad) or your Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Each subscription renews automatically for another 12 months at the then-current price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (on Android, cancel any time before renewal in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Core calendar, prayer time and reminder features remain free.

7. Third-party services

• Apple — App Store and StoreKit terms apply to downloads and purchases.
• Google AdMob (AI Malayalam Calendar, free version) — ads are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. BeeiTech is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the apps, interfere with other users or our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or use JobQuote output as a substitute for professional legal, tax, or engineering advice when those are required.

9. Disclaimer

THE APPS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEITECH DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that estimates, material quantities, or templates are error-free or suitable for every job.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEITECH AND ITS OFFICERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THAT APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

11. Termination

You may stop using an app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by Apple, law, or a third-party platform. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
